Using your radio
- Account accessVerify your email, sign in, and wait for Manager approval when joining.
- Check outSelect your scheduled shift, accept the equipment agreement on first use, then scan the secure QR on the physical radio you are taking.
- ReturnTap Scan Barcode to Return and scan the exact radio assigned to you. Camera access is required.
- PasswordUse Forgot password? on the sign-in page if you cannot remember your password.
- CameraUse Safari on iPhone/iPad or Chrome on Android and allow camera access when prompted.
Manager Help
Managing the operation
- EmployeesApprove new accounts, disable access, promote Managers, or remove former employees.
- Radio conditionOpen a radio and mark it Lost, Damaged, In Repair, or Available with a reason.
- Lost radiosA Lost radio can retain its open assignment so accountability stays connected to the last employee.
